1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any LogicRacks Academy program — online or onsite — you agree to these terms. Aap ke admission ke baad ye terms automatically apply hote hain.
2. Enrollment
- Admission requires submission of the admission form and payment of the admission fee.
- Seats are confirmed on first-come-first-served basis after admission fee is received.
- Minimum age: 8 years (Kids CIT only). Other programs: 16+.
- No formal entry test. Free counseling session decides program fit.
3. Payment Terms
- Admission Fee: Non-refundable, paid once at enrollment.
- Monthly Fee: Due on the 1st of each month. Late fee applies after 10 days.
- Lumpsum Fee: One-time payment with 10–15% discount over monthly.
- Sibling discount: 20% off monthly fee for second child enrolling concurrently.
- Accepted methods: Cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card.
4. Attendance & Performance
- Minimum 80% attendance required for certification.
- Late students may be marked absent at instructor's discretion.
- Assignments and final projects are mandatory.
- Students must complete required practical projects to earn certificate.
5. Certificates
- SBTE Accredited Certificate: Awarded for 4 diploma tracks — CIT, MS Office, Graphic Designing, Full-Stack Development — upon successful completion.
- LogicRacks UK Training Certificate: Awarded for all other programs upon successful completion.
- Certificates are issued only after full fee clearance and minimum attendance.
6. Refund Policy
- Admission fee is non-refundable.
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month begins.
- Lumpsum fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days from batch start.
- In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, family loss), partial refunds or credit toward future batches may be offered at LogicRacks Academy's discretion.
7. Code of Conduct
- Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
- No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior tolerated.
- Lab equipment and academy property must be handled with care.
- Violations may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.
8. Equipment
- Advanced courses (Web Dev, Graphic Design, Video Editing, AI Tools, etc.): personal laptop is mandatory.
- Basic courses (CIT, MS Office, Kids CIT): institute lab is provided.
- Students are responsible for their personal devices.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of LogicRacks Academy / LogicRacks UK. Students may use materials for personal learning but cannot redistribute, resell, or share publicly.
10. Lifetime Alumni Access
"Lifetime alumni status" means lifetime access to community + ongoing updates as long as LogicRacks Academy operates. It does not guarantee specific services indefinitely.
11. Job Placement
We provide career guidance, portfolio review, and active referrals through LogicRacks UK's network — but we do not guarantee specific job placements. Career outcomes depend on individual performance and market conditions.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated via email and on the website.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of Karachi, Sindh.
