LogicRacks UK started as a small software practice serving founders and SMBs across the UK. As we scaled, we needed talent — local-trained, world-class developers, designers, and marketers who could deliver to international clients from anywhere.
We tried hiring. The pool was thin. Pakistan has incredible raw talent but the existing institutes were either too academic, too outdated, or too generic. So we did what every shipping team eventually does — we built our own pipeline.
LogicRacks Academy is that pipeline. It's not a side-hustle education business. It's the training ground for the next generation of LogicRacks UK's collaborators, clients' agency partners, and freelancers who get hired internationally.
Our mentors are active shipping engineers, designers, and marketers — not professional educators reading from slides. Our curriculum updates quarterly because the industry doesn't slow down. Our students aren't graded on tests — they're judged by what they ship.
We are SBTE accredited for our core diploma tracks (CIT, MS Office, Graphic Designing, Full-Stack Development). For all other programs we award the LogicRacks UK Training Certificate — a credential that signals real software-house experience, valued internationally for freelance + remote hiring.
